- Analytics and Reporting: Property management insights and reports
3. User Accounts and Registration
Account Creation
To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and update your account information
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
Account Approval
New user accounts require approval from authorized apartment administrators. We reserve the right to:
- Reject any registration request
- Terminate accounts that violate these Terms
- Require additional verification for account activation
4. User Roles and Responsibilities
Super Administrators
- Manage apartment complex registrations
- Oversee platform-wide settings and policies
- Ensure compliance with platform guidelines
Apartment Administrators
- Manage their specific apartment complex
- Approve resident registrations
- Oversee maintenance and billing operations
- Ensure data accuracy and appropriate usage
Property Owners and Residents
- Use the Service responsibly and lawfully
- Provide accurate information for requests and communications
- Respect other users' privacy and rights
- Pay applicable fees promptly
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or these Terms
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Interfere with the security or functionality of the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Spam or send unsolicited communications

6. Subscription Plans and Billing

Our basic plan is available for small societies with 8-20 flats and includes essential society management features.
Premium Plans
Customized solutions are available based on society size:
- Medium Societies: For 21-50 flats
- Large Societies: For 50+ flats
- Enterprise Solutions: For multi-tower complexes
- Custom pricing: Tailored for Indian residential societies
Payment Terms
- Flexible payment options: monthly or annual billing
- Payments processed securely through Indian payment gateways
- Multiple payment methods supported (UPI, Net Banking, Cards)
- Refund policy as per Indian consumer protection laws
Free Trial
We offer a 30-day free trial for premium features. You may cancel anytime during the trial period without charge.
7. Cancellation and Termination
Cancellation by You
You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days' notice. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Fail to pay subscription fees
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Use the Service in a way that harms other users or our business
Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your access to the Service will cease immediately
- We will delete your data within 30 days unless legally required to retain it
- You remain liable for any unpaid fees
- Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a license to:

- Create anonymized, aggregated data for analytics and improvements
- Share content within your apartment community as appropriate
9. Privacy and Data Protection

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Service Availability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HomeAssist360 shall not be liable for:

- Any amount exceeding the fees paid in the 12 months prior to the claim

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HomeAssist360 from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Content you submit or actions you take
12. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, cyber attacks, or other force majeure events.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, specifically the Information Technology Act, 2000, and related regulations.

Before filing any legal action, you agree to attempt resolution through:

Arbitration
If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Bangalore, Karnataka, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
